Working Principle: Bladder surge vessel is a new type equipment which serve the water for high rise buildings. Bladder is an important part of it, which works match with vessel. The shape of vessel is like a pocket. There are holes and flanges both on top and bottom.
 
The bladder are equipped with the vessel with a certain gap between each other. The capacity of bladder is filled with water, and chlorine gas filled into the gap between the bladder and the vessel. When the water pump supplies water to the user, the volume of the water chamber in the bladder gradually expands, and the volume of the air chamber gradually shrinks. When the pressure increases to a certain value, the water pump automatically stops running. At this time, the bladder starts to move toward the center under the action of external chlorine. Shrinkage deformation, slowly squeeze the water in the inner cavity into the pipeline. When the pressure drops to a certain value, the water pump starts, and continues to fill the bladder with water. This operation is repeated, so that the pipeline is always filled with water, and the water supply automation is achieved.
 
Features of the equipment: The internal structure of the tank ensures that the water does not come into contact with the wall, so there is no rust inside, no condensation on the outside, and the service life is greatly extended.
The bladder can relax more than 200,000 times and can be used for a long time after inflation.
It can effectively smooth the pressure fluctuations in the water system and reduce the start and stop frequency of the pump.
